Privacy policy

Last updated 4 November 2026

Grade Glass (gradeglass.com) helps O Level, A Level, CSS and PMS students practise and see where they lose marks. This page explains what we collect, why, who helps us process it, and how you can have it deleted. Questions: support@gradeglass.com.

What we collect

  • Account details: your name, email address, password (stored only as a secure hash by our sign-in provider), WhatsApp number, track and chosen subjects.
  • Your study: answers to quizzes and tests, photos or typed text of written answers, marks and feedback, and which lessons you watch.
  • Payments: the screenshot of your bank or wallet transfer and the plan you asked for. We never see or store card numbers.
  • WhatsApp: if you message us, your number and the messages, including the answers you give our assistant (student or parent, level, subject, city).

Why we use it

  • To run your account, mark your answers point by point and show your analytics.
  • To contact you on WhatsApp or email about your marked answers, study tips, your plan and payments.
  • To check payments and give you access, and to answer your questions.
  • To improve our questions, lessons and marking. We do not sell your data and do not use it for other companies' advertising.
  • To measure our own ads: see "Meta Pixel" below.

Who processes it for us

We use a few service providers, only for the purposes above:

  • Supabase: our database and sign-in.
  • Cloudflare: hosting the website and storing files such as answer photos, payment screenshots and lesson videos.
  • Anthropic (Claude): marking written answers against the mark scheme, and our WhatsApp assistant's replies.
  • Meta: sending and receiving WhatsApp messages, and the Meta Pixel on our public pages.
  • Resend: sending emails, such as sign-up confirmations and notices to our team.

Some of these providers process data outside Pakistan.

Meta Pixel

Our public pages (this site's home page, sign up and sign in) use the Meta Pixel, which sets cookies and tells Meta which of these pages you visited and when you create an account. It helps us see which of our Facebook and Instagram ads bring students who sign up. It does not run on any page after you sign in, and it never sends your answers, marks, name, email or number. You can limit this in your browser (block third-party cookies) or in your Facebook ad settings.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and study history while your account is open, so your progress and analytics stay available. If you message us on WhatsApp without signing up, we keep your number for up to 14 days for follow-up and then remove it, keeping only anonymous counts.

Students under 18

Many of our students are under 18. Parents can ask what we hold about their child, or ask us to delete it, at support@gradeglass.com.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and data: email support@gradeglass.com from your account's email address. To stop WhatsApp messages from us, tell us in the chat and we will stop.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top.
